Each 10mls contains:
Mulitiflora Honey, Manuka (Leptospermum scoparium) Honey UMF 10+ 1.3g, Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum)juice concentrate 1.3g (providing anthocyanins 10mg), Apple(malus spp) Cider Vinegar, Purified Water, Elder Flower (Sambucus nigra) extract equivalent to 520mg dried flower, Maltodextrin (anti caking agent), Zinc gluconate (providing 3.4mg elemental zinc 34%DA*), Peppermint (Mentha piperita) oil, Xanthan gum (thickener), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) oil, Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) oil, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) oil.
Cntains no artificial colourings. flavourings or preservatives.
RDA=Recommended daily allowance.
Suggested Intake:
Adults: Take two teaspoonsful (10ml) 2-4 times daily, up to a maximum of 40ml. Can be mixed with warm water to take as a drink.
Children: 2-8 years: Half (1/2) teaspoonful (2.5ml), 2-4 times a day.
Age 9-Adult: One teaspoonful (5ml) 2-4 times a day.
Dilute with warm water or sweeten with honey if necessary.

Do not give to children under 2 years of age without health practitioner advice. Do not exceed the recommended dose/intake.
